Like any local government authority, Cambooya Shire Council uses a variety of forms to collect information and provide documentation for its actions. Most of the forms we use are mandated by law. They help ensure that we process your requests correctly.

This section of our web site provides access to most of the common forms we use. You can download them in Adobe PDF format, print them off, complete them at your home or office and then return them to us by fax or mail.

Permits, Licences & Approvals: Cambooya Shire Council's standard application forms allow you to obtain a permit, licence or approval from Council or to transfer or renew an existing one.
IDAS Application Forms: If you're undertaking any building or development work in the Shire, you'll need to complete one or more IDAS (Integrated Development Assessment System) forms. You can obtain them all here.
Common Forms: Common forms are used for everyday adminstrative purposes. They include such things as Dog Registrations, Change of Address notifications and similar items.
